Henry Wilson (5)

A Cartersville, Georgia  man is on a whirlwind of a ride since winning a quarter-million dollar lottery win.

Henry Wilson, 55, won $250,000 playing the Georgia Lottery instant game Bass Pro Shops $250,000 Cash Adventure.

Thanks to his 22-year-old daughter, Wilson decided to stop at a convenience store  in Cartersville, when she announced that she had a lucky feeling.

He dropped her off at home before scratching the ticket and got the surprise of his life.

“I didn’t believe it,” he said. “I shared the good news with her, and she almost went crazy.”

With his winnings, Wilson plans to purchase a new home and pay off bills.

“Of course I’ll pay off my daughter’s bills,”  he added. “It feels nice to win the lottery. Yes it does.”

You bet it does.
