A contractor working in the Valdosta, Georgia area is enjoying a lotto Southern hospitality.

Hubert Scarborough, 63, won $100,000 playing the instant game Georgia Lottery Black.

Scarborough purchased and scratched his lucky ticket at Georgia Florida Fuel Center, in Lake Park. Store employees and patrons celebrated his win.

They got excited, too, he said. Everyone in the store did. A resident of Livingston, Texas, Scarborough said he’s been working at a paper mill facility in the Valdosta area for 15 months.

He plans to pay bills and hopes to retire early with his $100,000 windfall.

I’m not even going to own a clock, he said. I’m going to do a lot of fishing and spend a lot of my time on the lake.

Ya hoo. Good for you dude.
