“National Doughnut Day” may not be until June 3, but Ann and Ken Kubel of Fairfield, Connecticut found a whole other reason to celebrate the tasty treat a little early”thanks to their recent purchase of a CT Lottery $20,000 top prize winning 20X the Cash instant game ticket.

As a full-time mother of four, Ann is in charge of a very busy household, which includes picking up her son at his part-time job at a doughnut and convenience store.

Recently, she bought a 20X The Cash 4th Edition instant ticket while waiting at the store for her son’s shift to end. I won $200 on this game before, so I like this game, Ann told to lottery officials.

This time, the winning combination on Kubel’s ticket was especially sweet.

Because she revealed a 20X symbol, her $1,000 prize was automatically multiplied by 20 for a total prize of $20,000.

I just started screaming; my poor soon thought something was wrong with me at first, said Ann laughing.

Ann, I’d scream too.

Congratulations.
