Marvin Carter wasn’t a Washington Redskins fan before he won $100,000 in the Virginia Lottery’s Redskins Game Face Scratcher game, but maybe now he’ll change his mind.

The Danville, Viirginia man said he was so excited when he realized he’d won the game’s top prize that he couldn’t even talk. His wife had to tell him to slow down before he had a heart attack.

Carter, who works as a prep cook, said he plans to use his winnings to pay bills and maybe outfit his man cave.

I hope everyone had a great summer….I took the month off (my bad), but I’m back with TONS of winners around the country.

Check back. Often.

And keep on playing.
