Connecticut Woman Beats 416 million to 1 odds, Wins $10,000 Two Days in a Row

What are the chances of a person winning two $10,000 top prizes, for the same lottery game, from two different retailers, two days in a row?  The odds, quite literally, are a mind-boggling 416 million to 1.

Rita Sharron of Enfield, CT did just that this week when she played and won 10X Cash “ 10th Edition game’s $10,000 top prize”TWICE. Her total prize payout for accomplishing such an amazing feat was a cool $20,000!

I was so happy on Monday when I won $10,000 on “10X Cash’. That night, I called all of my family to share the good news. We were all so excited, Sharron told Lottery officials. The next day, I stopped at a different retailer and bought another “10X Cash’ ticket.

When I scratched it and saw that I won $10,000 again, I was beside myself. I thought, “Oh my God, I can’t believe this. I won another $10,000!’

Sharron’s first $10,000 top prize winning ticket was purchased at Tony’s Little Store at 1436 Enfield Street in Enfield. Her second $10,000 top prize winner was purchased at Smoker’s Discount World at 437 Main Street in East Hartford. Each retailer will receive a $100 check from the CT Lottery for selling the ticket.

I’m going to plan a nice little vacation for myself, later this summer, just to relax, said Sharon.
